Jig & Fixture Design
We design practical tooling that accelerates production and improves repeatability; jigs and fixtures that are simple to build, easy to maintain, and sized to your real process constraints. The focus is robustness, accessibility, and consistent location, not over-engineering.
What you get
Concept options with pros/cons and quick ROM build costs
Final design pack: models, assembly drawings, cut lists, and build notes
Off-the-shelf components wherever sensible (clamps, locators, pneumatics)
Datum strategy, tolerance allowances, and access for loading/inspection
Basic ergonomics and safety considerations built in
How we work
We capture workflow, part variation, and takt/quality targets, then propose a right-sized concept. After selection, we develop the design to a clear handover pack your workshop or supplier can build from. For first articles, we can include printable check sheets and simple go/no-go gauges where helpful.
What’s not included
On-site commissioning, controls integration, or CE/UKCA conformity (available separately or via partners).
Outcome
Buildable, reliable tooling that boosts throughput and reduces variability, delivered with the clarity production teams need.
